Our Molly girl went to sleep Saturday night.  Our house is so lonely without her.  She never knew what a huge fan club she had and how so many of you had come to care for her through this blog.   She was born February 15, 1998 and came to us in April the same year.  Molly was loving and faithful . . . . . . . . such a wonderful companion. 

Molly isn’t doing the greatest these days.  She seems to be telling us that her sands of time are running low.  She went to the vet today and meds were added as well as new food.  It’s the best we can do right now. 

She posed so beautifully this morning for pictures . . . . . . . she even let me shoot a movie of her.  Molly has always been a bit camera shy. . . . . . .I guess she never understood all the flashing and noises.

Thank you to all my friends who have been such loyal Molly fans.  It has helped us both along the way.

I’m going through a period of rearranging closets, drawers, books, etc. and dove into the model “issue”.  This is only a partial view of what I dealt with this morning as I began the task of getting all of this into the spare room closet.  Technically it’s the grandkids room where we have a futon for sleep-overs, tv, toys and Pixar movie posters (for me, not them!).  However today it became the keeper for LHN models.   The work was balanced out by the joy at seeing many of them again since some of them had been in totes for a few years.  Going back I saw some of my favorites:

Thank you to those of you who stuck it out with me today while you were trying to read blog updates.  I was in and out of the control modules so many times adjusting colors, type, etc.  I even made a banner.  How about that!  Everything is set now so there won’t be any more interruptions.

This is a snippet of the second new release I mentioned in an earlier entry.  The design is scheduled to be released at the same time “Two Roosters” comes out.  Ron got all of the boxes to UPS on Friday so they are on their way. 

I want to make one more mention of the World Vision program from a personal perspective. . . . . . Ron and I support two children in Zambia.  We get periodic updates and letters from the children and their families, letting us know how they are doing, what they are learning, and how they and their family are doing health-wise.  It isn’t the type of organization that takes the money and then you never hear from them again.  Your sponsorship helps real people.  If you have ever thought about sponsoring a child or family with any organization, now is the time to do it.  So many children have lost their sponsors due to the economic crisis in the world.
