This blog wouldn't be entirely complete for me if I didn't post a new photo of Molly. She turned the corner yesterday and is doing just great. What we find now is that we have an extremely spoiled dog. Not that she wasn't spoiled before, but when we thought we were losing her we pulled out all the stops. It's ok. The children are gone, have homes of their own and children of their own so spoiling the dog just "is what it is"! She is taking her morning walk to the park, rolling in the grass, and chasing a butterfly here and there. Life is good for the fur baby. (She's posing with her good side!)
I have a dear friend, Mary Jo Hayes that has been stitching some of my designs over one thread for a few years. Just yesterday I took Pear Tree Inn to the framer, decideing they needed to get out of the drawer and into my living space. This is Two Red Houses, unframed, and heading out next! See the tiny dime? You have to have really good eyes for this type of stitching!
